Hi,

I received 2 password resets notification emails today. And when I tried to login my master account, the password been changed. Even the lost password security question also changed.

So if you see Melaminee in the game. Thats not me. Please note!

How on earth did you get hacked?
Did you open some link from Aion in-game?
Buy gold from RMT?

Get your PC scanned for trojans too.
Have you contacted ncsoft?

Hmm... just realized you're not using my latest proxy. So no one can suspect me of being the one!
Besides, I don't even have time to play Aion.

I have cancelled my account for awhile already. For unknown reason, that the hacker wanna hack into it. I guess, he/she just wanted a free copy of the game to play.

What he/she did is to submit a request to reset password of my master account, somehow manage to bypass ncsoft security quesiton.

ncsoft suppport is already looking into it.

Is your account name the same as your in-game-nickname?
If it was, good lesson to learn... never do that!
If it wasn't, then I'm surprised they managed to find your login and bypass the question.

Hope they resolve it quickly for you!!
