Encounter 1 weird issue recently.
got a computer 5-6yrs old.. recently switch over to mio. But internet keep disconnect n connect somehow or rather seems unstable.
Anyway.. is not my com.. so i cant provide ss or /ping or traceroute.
Anybody got the same issue n how u fix it?
You are sure it's Internet keep connect/disconnect? Did you try with another PC?
What speed MIO plan are you on? I recently switched over to MIO too (due to cost savings). So far I find it ok, but seems that Internet access becomes slower? Perhaps it is due to the fact that if you are watching TV, it's sucking up bandwidth as well.
try set proxy in browser. proxy.singnet.com.sg 8080 come back and let us know the result. Is the internet faster?
I think last week (or week before), there were some problem with Singtel.
Not sure if it is related, but at first our company email was down. IT guy say it is due to Singnet. The next day, I read somewhere (only see title) that Singnet says sorry. After that, the next day during evening my handphone (Singtel) cannot call out, for like 5 minutes. My uncle was experiencing the same thing.
So, maybe at there time there were some problem. Try now to see if there is still any problem.
Yup what he say ... take not that Singtel problem can be certain area only.
