Believe it or not, I'm a "heavy-duty" snail eater!

The first time I tried is during my first business trip to Paris. I did read abt it for a long time but didn't got the opporunity to try it. So when I saw it on menu, I quickly order for it and share with my colleague. After taking the first snail, I fell in love with it! My record is 2 dozens in one go, hehe, better than my oyster record. I haven't tried those sold in local super market though coz dunno how to cook them, heh.

You can actually cook and eat the snails you find crawling around, provided you do some processing first.

Wow 2 dozen. Go park and catch some or better yet.. wait till rain then go scoop them up from pavements next to grass areas. Hahaha!

I ever tried some in Jack's place...ok lar, but not my type. Some colleagues love it though.
They also sell in the "France restaurant", that coffee shop.

I dun think the snails sold in Paris is same as our garden snails. The local garden snails eat alot of plants with chemical, dunno what will happen after eating them.

Stick with the Escargot for now.
The ones I tried didn't leave much of an impression.
Texture abit chewy... a little too much spice.
But then this was a spicy food place. Their "water cooked fish" is awesome!
Eat that at least once a month.

Err...actually do you know that "water cooked fish" are in reality "oil cooked fish"? So, it is far from the "healthy food" if you are someone who is concerned about such things.

I started taking snails in 2006 dun feel any effect and my daughter is borned in 2008, I guess my lit bro still working...

Serious, I've tried the lit bro of cow, goat and other popular "enhancement" food like raw oysters, the most only feel heaty (not horny). One of my ex-colleague used to bring me to the popular kabing soup stall at upper boon keng road and he often can order "special" dishes coz he knows the boss for a long time. He always tell me he feels very "powerful" after eating that special part of goat but I really dun feel much. It's very tender and chewy though, bery nice.

for my information, eating those stuff won't make u horny... will only make ur performance better....
