I was checking up on a claim made in Vgtact.com(Diplomacy) on the civil lever buff that gives +230 BASE , to ALL resistant.
yes, u read is correctly. +230 to ALL resistance and its stackable. :o

i was told its NOT a bug. Its INTENTIONAL :o
So i took Hokkien to Renton Keep where this is suppose to happen.
Parley on the Domestic - "Cheer the People" Civil lever and push it up to 40... and watch the buff kicked in. True enuff, All resistance went above 260. with some at 320+ !
I have some resistance gears etc. so it adds up.
I'm also presuming the Bard song , etc will stack on this.
There are rules and limitations for this buff.
Not all adventuring lvl will get +230 How much u get depends on your adv lvl.
I brought a lvl 12 to renton keep and she got a +40 resistance. A lvl 50 will get +230.
the buff starts after lvl 4 . each lvl gives +5 resists
The buff sticks for Maximum of Only 1 hour.
you can go to renton keep to get the buff ( if its up) and then run, fly jump, swim , gate to whereever u wanna go and the buff stays with u.
If this buff has been activated for the passed 15 mins before u get to renton Keep. then u will only get the remaining 45 mins of the buff.
Buff timer starts counting down from 60 mins when it hits 40 point of Civil lever. the trick is to push the lever beyond 40 and/or , get a diplomat to refresh the pointer to 40 when u want to get the full 1 hour buff
How useful is this depends on what u want to use it on. APW will be too shot. Pharaoh and Ri ....maybe.
A 230++ all resistance... its an opportunity that's hard to resists
