Just got this when it launched yesterday for the 360. Same makers of Blue Dragon. They were alumni of the people that made the FF series. The director was the producer for FF and the music composer is none other than Nobuo Uematsu.
Graphics wise it's really pretty :)
Still in the newbie starter zone though. So far the English subs and Voice Over are well done.
Plays like your standard turn-based JRPG so no surprises there. But I wish they would lose the stupid save point system where you can only save at designated locations. Compared to Mass Effect where you can save anywhere, this save point system is very stressful and makes you think twice before you start a session in case you can't find a save point when you get interrupted.
Hopefully this and Blue Dragon can tide me over till Conan comes out...hehe
