I believe there are more rebels than impers most of the time.

Anyway it makes sense too, imper side so advanced, w/o number the rebels can eat grass liao. :P

Actually Flurry is an Imperial server. Got way more imps than rebels. However, most imps are passive, so all the battles and pvp always lose hahaha

Rebels are highly aggressive in Flurry hehe

no leh, Imp got a few very big and organise imp guild, reb only a handful, TAA may become one of this in near future. From what I saw, rebel and imp is equally aggressive quite evenly match.
